On the ground floor are two principal bedroom suites; one with an en-suite shower room, and another with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and separate shower. Two further bedrooms feature bunk beds and a single bed in each, ideal for younger guests. A family bathroom with a bath, shower, wash basin and WC complete the ground floor. The practical utility room includes a WC and opens to an outdoor hot shower, ideal after beach days.
A private fifth bedroom with twin beds sits on a cosy mezzanine level, accessible via its own staircase and door. Though the ceiling height is lower, it's a charming, secluded hideaway, perfect for older children. Please take care under the low ceilings.
Upstairs is the heart of the home, a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows.
