Summary: Finally got a decent upgrade as a Platinum member. Friendly and helpful receptionists gave us Suite 178 which had an excellent sitting area with a bath in it (?), kitchen area and then a very comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom with another bath and a large walk in shower.
