3 Bedroom Cottage in Sedbergh
End of terrace cottage. The location is off road, although it is within Sedbergh, a 10 minute walk to the centre with a Spar shop a 2 minute walk away. When our children were small we used to love coming here - no passing traffic, and you can walk more or less straight up to the top of the fell. Just outside are the Sedbergh Tennis courts which can be used for a small fee when the tennis club aren't there.
The cottage has a flower garden and shared path at the front and at the back an enclosed patio and garden, good for barbeques when the sun shines. Inside there is no hall and the front door opens straight into the living room. We usually use the back door. There are two rooms downstairs (three if you include the large larder), three bedrooms (single, double and twin) and a combined shower room and toilet upstairs. Appliance-wise it has all the basic necessities – fridge, cooker, utensils, washing machine, central heating, TV and a fireplace in the living room. Note that during the current crisis we are restricting occupancy to 4 rather than 5.
There is a separate parking space for a single car.
Duvets and pillows supplied but please bring linen and towels.
Check in time is 15:00, check out by 10:00 which gives us time for the change-over.
