Our modern, comfortable and cosy cottage is the perfect place for a romantic get a way or on the contrary an action packed week with the family. Situated up an ideal, no through lane ,In easy walking distance to Brodick village centre, you will also find yourself in walking distance to many local attractions with the Golf Course and Beach only a stones throw away. Therefore, we hope that not only the great location of our cottage will ensure you enjoy yourselves, but also the high quality of our property. The cottage provides a well equipped kitchen including the 6 burner cooking range allowing for easy and enjoyable nights in . The pretty outdoor walled patio area to rear of cottage catches sun all day with table ,chairs &cushions for relaxing afternoons . In the courtyard outbuildings there is an extra toilet washbasin, laundry room , extra coat ,shoe storage .Indoors there are comfortable sofas in front of the gas fire in the living area with freeview television, Netflix, and free Wifi should be a welcome retreat to relax. You will also find our lovely Wet Room with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Finally, upstairs are two ample sized bedrooms, 1 king size room ,1 Twin room both decorated ,and furnished to ensure a comfortable and warm stay.
Our cottage, found on Douglas Place is ideally situated , easy walking distance , all on flat into Brodick village ,approx 10 mins max ,It is within walking distance of the many local tourist attractions mentioned and when venturing further afield to tour the islands other picturesque villages, the nearest Bus Stop is also only a hop, skip and a jump away. There are many restaurants and cafes around the island and in particular Brodick itself , A popular lunch spot is the Wineport, with a great beer garden ,perfect if you fancy a wander, passing Arran Aromatics and Duchess Court on your travels for a browse and continuing on for a minute or two to build up an appetite for lunch outside in the sun or inside the bistro if preferred. There are many more places to eat or drink, if you fancy a drink or meal on the sun terrace at the Douglas Hotel. The renowned Auchrannie Spa resort is only 5 minute walk from cottage , open to non residents.
