This is a stunning, newly converted one bedroom apartment offering a high quality finish. The apartment is carefully furnished and has modern and lavish feel. The property has a homely open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area offers an extremely comfortable two seater sofa (with a fold out bed), a 32inch Smart TV and a dining room table for up to four people. The kitchen has integrated fridge (with freezer box), oven and washer/dryer. Leading out from the lounge/dining area is an intimate outside space. The generously spacious bedroom has plenty of storage with its double wardrobe. The luxurious double bed has storage underneath for any additional sundries. There is an additional 32inch Smart TV in this spectacular bedroom. The bathroom is a very good size featuring a bath/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.
This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and one small dog may be considered. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.
Security Deposit (pre authorisation of a credit/debit card) for the amount of £250.00 is taken 3 days before your arrival; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTION but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure.
We currently have one beach hut advertised on our website, which is located between the popular Alum Chine and Durley Chine beaches, offering unspoilt sea views and large balcony area, includes items such as sun loungers and gas stove. This can be added to your booking form as a second property: BEACH HUT. More beach huts available from Summer 2015, please enquire.
