A Victorian Brick and Flint Stable Block converted into a two bedroom luxury holiday cottage in the heart of the Meon Valley and within the South Downs National Park. The Stables have been sympathetically converted and retain the high ceiling and wooden beams in the main living area. Summary: Lovely propery and helpful owner. Arrived to find a plate of delicious brownies, bottle of wine and sausages and bacon in the freezer. The spare bed had been set up in the main bedroom to suit our sleeping arrangements.However, it could do with a deep clean as it was quite dusty with many spider webs. We could see a thick layer of dust on the beams and had to clean the towel rail before putting our flannels on it.Wi-fi was not brilliant though we were not there much to use it. Uploading videos taken at Wickham Festival was lengthy and laboured to say the least. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
