Built only nine years ago, it brilliantly reinterprets the area's Tudor Revival in a modern and luxuriously comfortable style. With four bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms, expansive open-plan living space and a private garden with a large hot tub, it is the perfect place for families to holiday. It overlooks the Meare boating lake, is only a few hundred yards from the beach and in easy walking distance of Aldeburgh Town which makes for an exciting multitude of activities to stimulate all ages.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall - A wide space that links open plan to the kitchen, living area and the oak and glass staircase.
Kitchen - Modern, sleek and fully equipped will oodles of white marble worktops incorporating a Neff four ring induction hob, pop up extractor fan, electric oven and built-in microwave along with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From the commanding central island there is a four stool breakfast bar, double doors into the garden and views all the way through the living space.
Utility Room - Separate back door access, washing machine, dryer and a wine cooler.
Dining & Sitting Area - Running the length of the house the already impressive space expands further with large bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. The dining end has a substantial wooden table flanked by hide covered silver legged bench setting. The sitting area has a large five seater sofa and leather chesterfield style arm chair orientated around a stylish round coffee table below a large wall mounted Smart TV.
TV Snug / Family Room - A generous sized room with a couple of large sofas, armchair, huge leather footstool, dresser, coffee table and second wall-mounted Smart TV.

Mallards Bedroom - A regal super king-sized bed with two matching bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and retractable glass door that open onto a large sun trapping balcony.

Lakeside Bedroom - King-sized bed with matching bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawer, large mirrored wardrobe and French window onto the balcony that connects to the Mallards Bedroom.
Ensuite Shower Room (to Lakeside Bedroom) - Marble tiled walk-in water-fall power shower, hand-basin and lavatory.
Garden Bedroom - King sized bed with matching bedside tables and hanging reading lights and large wardrobe.
Ensuite/ Jack & Jill Bathroom (to the Garden Bedroom) - Freestanding bath, hand-basin, lavatory and walk-in water-fall power shower. Has an additional door from the landing.
Twin Bedroom - Two single beds either side of matching bedside tables, wall mounted reading lights and a chest of drawers.

Front Garden - Lawned and paved area running the width of the house with a sun terrace accessed directly through French windows from the living area.
