EATING AND DINING
Prepare meals in the contemporary kitchen, chat over breakfast at the bar and gather around the dining table when dinner is ready. An oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher take care of the essentials. Bring Vertuo capsules for the Nespresso machine. The freezer and washer dryer are in the utility room, and the charcoal barbecue offers another option for meals outdoors.
SLEEPING AND BATHING
All three bedrooms are upstairs.

Downstairs, a shower in the utility and wet room makes washing off after the beach straightforward, with a separate cloakroom WC also available.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The timber deck at the front of the house is a lovely place to sit with a drink or share a meal outside. Outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue are provided. An outdoor shower, a tap and hose help with sandy feet, dogs and beach equipment, while wetsuits can be hung in the utility room after a surf.
PARKING
Parking is available for two cars. A 7 kW Zappi EV charger is available at £40 per vehicle per week. Please bring your own charging lead.
ACCESSIBILITY
