Positive: Lovely location, between where we were visiting. Free and easy - hard to find in Portsmouth Full kitchen facilities Lovely views Christmas tree up for time of year! Easy instructions

Negative: Bed in master bedroom was quite hard, we both woke up quite sore but this is personal preference
