Reiska is a unique bungalow located in the heart of the Witterings. Its setting is close to popular beaches and is a 2 minutes' walk from the village of East Wittering which has lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Blue flag, sandy West Wittering Beach and East Head is a 10 minute cycle or 25 minute walk, and easy access to glorious South Downs and Goodwood with Chichester Town a 10/15 minute drive.
The bungalow consists of upcycled and recycled materials throughout. The hub of the home has an open plan kitchen and living space, fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has a bespoke breakfast bar, a perfect spot to host aperitives or to act as an informal eating space, this leads to a rear garden that is perfect to relax in and bathe in the morning sunshine on the decking, or to enjoy a coffee on the bespoke garden bench. There is also a fire pit and grill for the BBQ season. The garden is pet secure and includes an external shower for post beach trips, or to clean sandy dogs.
The adjoining living space consists of comfortable fixed seating with storage underneath, a timber table and some upcycled keg stools. The dining area is positioned with front garden views.
The large front garden enjoys much of the evening sun, and has parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway. There is also ample off road parking.
The hallway leads to 2 chalet style bedrooms, bathroom and living space. Bedroom 1 has a comfy king size bed, bed side units and clothes lockers. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bespoke bunk bed ideal for 2 children (sleeping 4 adults & 2 children in total), or as an additional bed for an adult (sleeping 5 adults in total), bed side cabinets and set of drawers for clothing. You will find small, handcrafted details throughout the house that reflect the relaxed, beachy lifestyle Reiska is perfect for.
The bathroom has a modern feel, including a shower/bath tub with exposed copper pipes, copper taps/spout and shower head. Floor mounted W/C and upcycled vanity unit to house basin.
