A relaxing stay at Oak Tree Cottage in a village on an old estate, Ideal for a weekend romantic retreat, countryside walks or leisure activities.
Eight minutes walk to Stoke Rochford Hall, 20 minutes drive from Stamford for Shopping and Lunch, stones throw to Golf Club.
Cottage includes all origional features, new Kitchen and bathroom, wood burner (logs included) all the usual cooking, cleaning and living essentials. Excellent wifi!!!

The cottage has been recently renovated and has all origional features, for instance the Kitchen is new but has Quaker style features and stone floors, the upstairs bathroom is newly done with a wet room shower and freestanding bath for a bit of luxury.
The Main bedroom is calm and peaceful, and has a double bed, a wardrobe, an old fireplace, towels and robes.
The second room has two single beds, also has a feature fireplace, robes and towels.
A lovely wood burner in the Living room with very straight forward instructions, wood and Kindling too. The Cottage has old and new furnishings to compliment the space creating a cosy homely feeling.
But nothing beats fresh clean sheets and towels with waffle robes for everyone.
The Wi-Fi is excellent!
Cottage offers Milk, Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, green tea, peppermint tea, biscuits, Quaker Oats, fruit and Prosecco.
Guest access
Access all areas. Guests have access to two bedrooms, The dining Room, Living room, Kitchen and Utility, downstairs toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom, spare bedroom and main bathroom. Garden and use of whole drive and property.

We include a key safe, so meet and greet is not essential if you don’t need to. Code is offered on request after booking.

On your departure, please leave the downstairs thermostat on the setting it
currently states when you arrived, but please lower the upstairs thermostat and turn down the radiators.
