Summary: As we approached this property we were overwhelmed by the overall impression of style and grandeur. When we entered our apartment we were pleased how large and imposing it was. We enjoyed our stay because the location was just right for everything we wanted to do but unfortunately the property was not up to the expected standard.Be prepared for noise from adjacent apartments - the property has been divided using modern lightweight materials and we could hear children, piano plonking and family noise from above and around us.Whilst on first sight the apartment appeared clean we found there was a thick layer of dust on lots of plug sockets, skirting boards, window sills and radiators throughout the apartment. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom.The kitchen was not well equipped and there was no towel. The AGA is a very attractive feature but is not a useful way for holiday makers to cook meals.The mattress protectors were very worn and need replacing.So - what appeared to be a great holiday apartment had some issues that potential renters should consider before booking.
