Shrimp Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage offering four bedrooms, ideal for families or small groups. Set in the heart of St Ives, it is just a short walk from the town centre, where you can explore galleries, shops and a great selection of restaurants. Step in through the front door to a beautiful character cottage open plan living dining room with wood burner. The cosy lounge offers a large colorful corner sofa, comfy lounge chairs, Smart TV and DVD player. The galley style kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table is found in the open plan lounge area and seats eight guests. There is a small cloakroom located off the kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds. The master bedroom also offers ample storage. Across the landing is a bunk bed bedroom. On the second floor there is a small double bedroom with ensuite which has a shower, wash hand basin and WC with a built-in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can be configured as a super king size bed or two single beds with ample storage. The family bathroom is located on the first floor with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC.
