Renovated to an exceptionally high standard throughout, the meticulously presented interior of this spacious former school is a testament to the owner's attention to detail. Art by local artists and commissioned sculptures by Peter Sales reflect the myriad local wildlife, there's handmade Danish crockery, a stone bath tub and basin, waterfall granite worktop and even embossed wooden coat hangers bearing the property name.

The ancient village of Edlingham has a recorded history going back as far as 737. It is home to a medieval (11th century) Church and a 13th-century castle with 16th-century battlements and defences. The Edlingham Railway Viaduct (now private), is a local landmark, dating from around 1885.
