A beautiful, picturesque cottage a short walk from the delightful coastal village of Milford on Sea. This spacious home is wonderfully characterful with its period features whilst having the comfort of modern living convenience. The rooms are large, exquisitely styled and extremely comfortable. This wonderful period home has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the first floor: The master bedroom is very spacious with wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Just through the mirrored doors is an exceptional secret en-suite shower room featuring an enormous walk in shower, twin basins and lavatory. The second bedroom with it's extremely comfortable bed has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and seating area. This room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, basin and lavatory. The third bedroom is located on the top floor. Please note - this bedroom is not en-suite and the occupants would need to utilise either of the en-suites to bedroom 1 or 2.
Downstairs there is a lovely sitting room for entertaining with a further side area for TV viewing. Both areas are extremely cosy and comfortable. The corridor from the sitting room leads to the downstairs loo and then on to the fully equipped kitchen as well as the dining area. There is a utility room off the back door hallway and double doors lead from the kitchen out to the terrace.
There is a comfortable seating area on the terrace where you can admire the beautiful garden and enjoy a glass of wine or two! To the side of the property is a further seating area, BBQ and wood oven - so you can really make use of all there is to offer, cook up a feast with family or friends, enjoy the peace and quiet and the suntrap garden and when you fancy a change - take a short stroll into Milford on Sea. With an abundance of things to do in the area - we are sure you won't be disappointed!
